What we collect

When you send a form, we collect what you type: your name, email, and, if you give them, your mobile number, property address and message. We also record which page you were on and how you found the site (for example, a Google ad or a search).

If analytics is turned on, Google Analytics records anonymous visit data such as pages viewed and device type.

How we use it

Only to answer your request and help you buy or sell a home: replying by email, phone or text, and sending what you asked for, like an incentive sheet or a market report. Your details are stored in Tristan Marino’s customer relationship system (BoldTrail).

Text messages

We text you only if you tick the box on a form. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. We don’t sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-message consent with anyone for their marketing.

Sharing

We don’t sell your information. We share it only with the services that run this site and respond to you (BoldTrail, which stores your details and sends our emails and texts, and our web host), with Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty Texas as required for real estate records, or when the law requires it.
